We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please Contact us with any questions before placing your order, once you have received your order we are happy to answer many of your questions. Please Note: we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on skin care products for change of mind, or otherwise, due to health and safety issues, so please choose carefully.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may lodge a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. At our discretion, we will happily exchange, replace or refund the purchase price of the goods. Our refund or exchange policy covers only the original value of the item/s and does not include the cost of shipping and handling each way. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How to order

Orders can be placed online through the secure shopping cart or by email, post or by telephone. For further assistance please Contact Us. 

How To Order Online: simply add products the shopping cart, select 'add to cart', to purchase more products select 'continue shopping'. Products will be added to your order and the total calculated including the shipping fee. To complete your order select 'check-out'

Existing customers: please log in. You will then be asked to confirm delivery address, payment and press 'save', following the prompts to complete the order until the final stage where you will need to press 'process'. We will then contact you via email to confirm receipt of your order. If you do not  receive an email within 1-2 hours contact us.

New customers: do not need to create a free account, simply follow the prompts during checkout and press 'create account', you can then continue to complete the order until the final stage where you will need to press 'process'. We will then contact you via email to confirm receipt of your order - If you do not  receive an email within 1-2 hours contact us.

Nature's Philosophy Online Orders

If you have a Nature's Philosophy Online Account, you may check the status of your most recent orders by logging into the website and visiting your Order History page (see footer). This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your online orders.

Order Cancellation

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.

Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing payment information
• Cannot deliver to address provided
• Duplicate order was placed
• Cancelled due to a customer request

Gift Vouchers

Give the gift of choice, your Gift Voucher can be sent instantly via email. You can purchase a Nature's Philosophy Gift Voucher like any other product in our online store.

How much are Gift Vouchers? 

Either a $25, $50, $100, $200 or you decide. Upon purchase, your Gift Voucher can be delivered via email instantly as a PDF or JPG attachment, or by post as a printed card.

Redeem Your Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers are redeemable by placing your order online, by email, by post or by phoning +612 99087494. Each Gift Voucher has a unique authorisation code that needs to be quoted during checkout: simply enter the Gift Voucher code in the filed market 'Enter Promotional/Gift Voucher Code' and the voucher amount will be deducted from your order.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions 

Upon use of the Gift Voucher, if the order value is higher than the value of your voucher, the balance will need to be paid by another payment method. If the order is to a lesser value than the Gift Voucher the balance cannot be redeemed for cash, you can use the remaining balance for your next order. by using the same Gift Voucher Code. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is complementary for every order. Each product is individually wrapped in an organza bag with tissue paper, and then delicately placed inside our store bag  - a coloured gloss bag with our logo and rope handles.

Should you require a personal message please request this during checkout in the field  marked 'Please add any notes for this order' - include your message here with any other requests you may have, alternatively contact us - we are happy to answer many of your questions.

We accept Direct Deposit, Cheque/Money order and Credit Card payments by Paypal only. Please note* you do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card, simply follow the prompts during checkout to make a secure payment online.

1. BPAY is our preferred method of payment - Australian residents only

Pay directly from your cheque or savings account

BPAY^® is a bill paying service that allows you to pay your account over the telephone by calling your bank or using your online banking facility. Payment can be made directly from your cheque or savings account.

2. PAYPAL - Instant payment can be made - Paypal is the fastest method of payment 

Payment is accepted from all customers, you do Not need a Paypal account to complete this transaction method to pay by Visa or Master Card, or bank account.

Simply select 'Paypal' during checkout and follow the automated prompts to complete the transaction. This service is available at any time of the day or night.

Paypal will notify us immediately upon placing your order and upon receipt of payment.

3. Electronic Funds Transfers - Australian residents only

Payment is accepted from all customers via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please use the information supplied on your invoice to make an EFT payment:

Please reference your payment with our Invoice Number/s. Once payment has been made via EFT, please notify Nature's Philosophy by email, fax or phone, quote the payment amount and Invoice Reference Number when contacting us.

4. Cheque or Money Order - Australian residents only

Nature's Philosophy accepts company, bank and personal cheques. Bank Cheques are subject to clearance, normally taking three business days, money order will see your order dispatched upon receipt. Please include your Order Reference Number and mail your cheques to the address supplied on your invoice or contact us.

Nature's Philosophy at it's discretion, reserves the right to refuse acceptance of payment by cheque.

Delivery Rules and Restrictions

All orders will be dispatched the same day, or the next day for standard delivery (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation).

Our terms are Delivery within 7 working days. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are sent by Overnight Express Post Satchel at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide, to ensure you receive your order the very next day. *See Next Business Day Network delivery schedule below.

Nature's Philosophy ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.

For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature. A card will also be left with pick up details.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, please check that all shipping information is correct when you place your order.

Delivery Information

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Packaging & Handling

We don't charge for packaging or handling, you only pay Australia Posts fees of $10 for a 3kg Express Post Satchel, there is no extra charge for orders over 3kg. Every effort is made to prevent damage during transit, each item is packaged with care and each satchel is allocated a tracking code in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive.

Express Post is the next business day delivery service offered by Australia Post, they provide guaranteed* next day delivery to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business day Network.
