WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After your payment, we need 24hrs - 72hrs to process the order. In addition, your tracking number will be updated 1~3 working days after our order has been shipped.

7-15 business days (USPS) - Standard Shipping
3-5 business day (DHL) - Express Shipping
2. Ship to Canada:
10-20 business days (Canada Post) - Standard Shipping
5-10 business day (DHL) - Express Shipping
- Shipping time varies for different destinations. Shipping costs of your order will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- BuriBuri online store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
I received a message saying MY PACKAGE has been DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT yet.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of the last tracking update, please contact our customer service with your order number and tracking information.
MY ORDER SHIPPED BUT I NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS.
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the website! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be canceled and refunded; you will be notified if this happens.
Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. NATURESPHILOSOPHY reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
